At Wicked Wix & Aromas, each candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure the highest quality and care. Because of the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

• We do not accept returns for reasons such as scent preference, size, or color variations — as each candle is handmade, slight differences are part of its unique charm.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
